Return & Refund Policy

Gogamery reserves the right of final interpretation.

We will confirm all details with customers, including size, color, and design, before production. Once the customization process begins, orders cannot be canceled or returned unless there are quality issues.

Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the goods. The items must be in their original condition, unutilized, undamaged, and with complete packaging and labels. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case of any quality issues or damages during transportation, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos for verification. We will offer free return or exchange services or provide a full refund.

Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and relevant processing fees may apply.

To protect your rights, please inspect the items upon receipt and submit return or exchange requests within the specified timeframe.
